During my stay, I found the hotel to have a lovely atmosphere and the food was excellent, especially the evening meals. However, the noise issues made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, and the heat in the room was quite overwhelming. The service was a mixed experience, with some staff showing great attentiveness, while one in particular could use a serious attitude adjustment.

I had high expectations staying at this hotel, especially since I'd paid a premium for the best room. While the decor and ambiance were impressive, the overall experience left much to be desired, particularly with the poor dining options and noise levels. It's a shame, as the spa was a highlight for us in past visits, but considering the frustrations we encountered, I'm hesitant to return anytime soon.
