During my stay, I found the hotel to have a lovely atmosphere and the food was excellent, especially the evening meals. However, the noise issues made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, and the heat in the room was quite overwhelming. While the decor and ambiance were impressive, the overall experience left much to be desired, particularly with the poor dining options and noise levels. It's a shame, as the spa was a highlight for us in past visits, but considering the frustrations we encountered, I'm hesitant to return anytime soon.
